VOLUNTEER
Snake Count
Web and App Design
The CSC needs your help!! We are looking for someone who can assist us with a Citizen Science Program.
Every year we host a Snake Count, which is a Citizen Science Program that maps and tracks snake distributions across America. We need help with the database creation and query availability of that database. We also need support with developing a web and phone application to search and add to the database.
This position would work directly with the Executive Director, Cameron Young on the project. Our goal live date for the project is May 1st, 2017.
This is a non-paid, volunteer position. For questions, please contact Cameron Young at cayoung@snakeconservation.org.
This is a great opportunity to test your web and phone application skills while at the same time contributing to a unique and extremely fascinating Citizen Science program.
